Qualifications

• 5 years minimum in computer/software technology.
• 2 years minimum working with enterprise customers (in professional services, tech support, and/or product management).
• Experience with telecommunication industry and networking infrastructure is a plus.
• Experience with mobile technology solutions/applications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tests to ensure device and service configurations adhere to guidelines.
• Perform in-depth testing of HTTP/HTTPS traffic.
• Test and verify SSL/TLS certificate implementations.
• Analyze and test JWT-based authentication mechanisms.
• Collect, review, and analyze network traces to diagnose issues.
• Track bugs for premium partners and facilitate the debugging process.
• Enable partners to run QA testing pre-launch.
