Job summary

General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems (OTS) is seeking a Quality/Testing professional to develop and implement process controls, testing procedures, and inspection methods to ensure defect-free products. You will design testing equipment, analyze data, and drive corrective actions to minimize failures.

Collaborating with internal teams and suppliers, you will contribute to quality improvement programs and ensure compliance with industry standards across our munition and energetics

Qualifications

Required education and experience: Vocational/Technical Training Degree and 2-5 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education / or Experience

Responsibilities

Develops and implements methods and procedures for process control, testing and inspection to ensure products are free of flaws and function as designed.
Designs and installs testing equipment and performs product testing and analysis to maintain quality levels and minimize defects.
Analyzes reports and defective products to determine trends and recommend corrective actions.
Collaborates with supplier representatives on quality problems and contributes to supplier quality improvement programs
