Qualifications

  • Experience leading a software testing team and testing strategies.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 6+ years supporting clients including business analysis.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong documentation of software development requests.
  • Excellent communication with government clients.
  • Must obtain FAA Suitability and FAA Public Trust.
  • U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder for at least 3 years.

Responsibilities

  • Develop test plans and test cases.
  • Document and track defects.
  • Validate system requirements and coordinate testing across teams.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and promote testing best practices.
  • Support customer engagement activities, demonstrations, and feedback gathering.
  • Coordinate with development teams to deliver effective solutions and assist with support tickets.
