Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Test and Evaluation Engineer to lead critical test campaigns across development, integration, and field testing of Eagle Eye and related warfare products. You’ll drive end-to-end testing, from lab HITL setups to field validation, coordinating with program management, engineering, and government partners.

The role requires strong test planning, RF/network expertise, and the ability to deliver formal test reports while engaging senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Electrical, or Computer Engineering (advanced degree preferred; equivalent experience).
• 5+ years in system-level test and evaluation of integrated hardware/software.
• Hands-on development and operational tests in lab and field.
• Strong requirements development, test planning, verification/validation, and traceability.
• Familiarity with RF communications, tactical datalinks, and DoD C2 systems.
• Experience leading test efforts to guide product development.
• Experience with System Level Environmental Testing (MIL-STD-810, IP ratings).
• Pre-employment screening and US security clearance eligibility.
• Background in network/packet-level analysis including capture, latency, jitter.
• Excellent data analysis and reporting; able to brief senior stakeholders.
• Willing to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and report on system integration, developmental, operational, and customer acceptance tests for Eagle Eye and Connected Warfare products.
• Create requirements-based, scenario-driven test methods with traceability and robust metrics.
• Oversee TRRs, manage test incidents, and coordinate with internal teams and external agencies.
• Analyze system performance data in lab and field environments; deliver actionable insights and formal reports.
• Represent the team at reviews and milestone decisions, ensuring safe and effective test execution.
