Job summary

MKS Instruments in Massachusetts is seeking a Sr. Test Engineer to collaborate with Principal and Senior Test Engineers, Product Support engineers, and test technicians to deploy, develop, and document automated test systems used across global service sites.

You will train under senior engineers, provide hands-on technical support, contribute to design and documentation, and verify systems before deployment using LabVIEW and data tools like Minitab.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
• 5+ years of experience with automated test systems in high-volume environments.
• Ability to lead technical projects and coordinate multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support deployment, development, and documentation of automated test systems.
• Provide hands-on technical assistance to product support engineers and test technicians.
• Design, develop, and document automated test hardware, software, and fixtures.
• Verify and validate duplicate test systems before global deployment.
