Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (sciences/engineering/mathematics).
• 10+ years in electrical engineering, test systems, or automation engineering.
• Strong experience with Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and acceptance/qualification systems.
• Hands-on with analog, digital, and mixed-signal design; control systems.
• Proficiency in LabVIEW, TestStand; hardware/software integration.
• Programming experience in C, C#, PLC Ladder Logic, or VHDL.
• Experience with PCB design, troubleshooting, and system integration.
• Proven ability to lead technical projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of test equipment calibration, validation, and lifecycle support.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, deployment, and sustainment of automated test and acceptance systems.
• Provide technical leadership for engineering teams supporting complex electrical and test equipment projects.
• Drive test strategy, qualification, calibration, and validation activities for production and development systems.
• Manage project planning, technical estimates, resource allocation, schedules, and execution priorities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, customers, suppliers, and vendors to ensure successful delivery of engineering solutions.
• Establish and improve engineering processes, design practices, and operational efficiencies.
• Mentor engineers, conduct technical reviews, and support team capability development.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
