Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; Master’s +3 yrs is a bonus.
• Typically 5+ years of related experience.
• General expertise in one area of test engineering (dynamics, thermal, measurement, HSI, SW Test, Integration).
• Experience with requirements management, system design, and integration.
• Experience planning, conducting, and documenting V&V activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex test plans and procedures to verify system requirements.
• Read schematics, use service manuals, and follow test procedures with troubleshooting.
• Develop and document detailed technical data, reports, and analyses for projects.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to team members and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective validation and QA.
