Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of engineering experience in manufacturing or product development.
• Experience with engineering equipment (test chambers, data acquisition systems, digital multimeters, mechanical fixturing).
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements related to product testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the testing activities for assigned projects.
• Develop and implement advanced test plans and procedures to validate product performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to define test requirements and ensure alignment with product specifications.
• Lead efforts to automate testing and improve test equipment and methodologies.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to test technicians.
