Responsibilities

The Global Payment team of ByteDance provides payment solutions including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and more to ensure a smooth and secure payment experience on ByteDance platforms such as TikTok.

You will be responsible for quality assurance of the Global Payments product line, ensuring this middle platform provides reliable service for upstream business from both business and technology perspectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop test environments and coordinate with the development of tool platforms to improve test efficiency and achieve quality goals.
• Monitor online and offline faults, and implement improvements like monitoring optimization and test plan enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with global teams with flexible working hours.
• Stay updated on quality assurance technological trends and apply new technologies effectively.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in backend software testing and development.
• Strong programming skills in Java, C++, Python, or similar languages.
• Open-minded, excellent communication skills, eager to learn, and passionate about user experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
