Job summary

Dexis is seeking a Program Manager to support a large-scale Army test and evaluation program, delivering data collection, technical writing, range scheduling, and administrative support to execute the government's mission.

The role includes overall contract performance responsibility, direct government liaison, and supervision of staff, with on-site work in Aberdeen, MD and travel to CONUS/OCONUS as required. Active Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, engineering, or technology discipline.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of data collection experience in a test and evaluation environment.
• Minimum of five (5) years supervising 50+ personnel in a technical environment.
• Active Secret security clearance.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in computers and Microsoft Office software.
• Ability to meet physical requirements and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management and administration of the contract.
• Lead innovative approaches to team management and staffing.
• Ensure deliverables meet government needs and Dexis standards.
• Oversee quality assurance and technical excellence of work.
• Act as primary Dexis point of contact with the government client.
• Manage personnel and resources to ensure mission requirements are met.
• Coordinate long-range workforce planning and training.
