Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in test and balance work.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• NEBB certification required.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, diagnose, and repair HVAC/R and related electrical systems.
• Study blueprints, specifications, and performance data to determine configurations.
• Adjust controls and conduct measurement tests; discuss malfunctions with users.
• Perform HVAC test and balance on new construction or remodel projects.
• Coordinate with other trades and track instrument recalibration annually.
• Job take-offs and setup, tracking of all instruments for recalibration.
