Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical certificate, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 4–6 years of assembly, test, repair, troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and circuit diagrams.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing product issues at subassembly or component level.
• Ability to provide training and technical support to others with quality documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex assembly, test, repair, and troubleshooting using drawings and test procedures.
• Evaluate customer returns and determine repair actions to meet standards.
• Fault-find to subassembly or component level using circuit diagrams and test equipment.
• Conduct stage and final inspections, release documentation, and product verification.
• Provide training and technical support to other technicians as assigned.
