Job summary

Curtiss-Wright in Round Rock, TX is seeking an Assembler II to join our manufacturing team. You will assemble components, subassemblies, and configured products using drawings, fixtures and precision tools.

You will read operation sheets, set up automatic prepping and loading equipment, perform rework per ECNs, and verify quality at defined intervals to ensure correct finished assemblies. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of experience and a high school diploma; US person required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or technical certificate.
• Typically 2–4 years of assembly or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to interpret drawings, work instructions, and parts lists.
• Experience using fixtures, tools, and measuring equipment.
• Strong documentation and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components, subassemblies, and configured products using drawings, process instructions, specialized tooling, fixtures, measuring equipment, and tools.
• Read and interpret assembly drawings, parts lists, operations sheets, visual aids, and standard work instructions.
• Set up and operate automatic prepping, loading, insertion, or related assembly equipment as assigned.
• Perform rework from test failures in accordance with standard repair procedures and incorporate ECNs into completed assemblies.
• Verify product quality at required intervals and confirm accuracy of completed work.
