10+ years in materials/warehousing, purchasing, contracts or project management; 3 years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

Lead safety and compliance across the service territory; promote safety culture.
Set goals, standardize processes, and oversee demand plan execution for major projects.
Oversee inventory, warehouse optimization, cycle counting, and material receipt/issuance.
Optimize inbound/outbound logistics and transportation scheduling.
Manage department budget with data-driven cost insights; partner with Finance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure material readiness and service levels.
Provide leadership during storm/restoration events; travel 25–50% as needed.
Drive people development, engagement, and a culture of integrity.
