XDS’s X-LAB brand seeks a Territory Sales Manager to drive international expansion by directly engaging with independent bicycle dealers in a defined territory. You will travel to shops, present products, and negotiate dealer partnerships on the shop floor, building a strong field presence.

In this hands-on, field-based sales role, you will own the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to order placement, while collaborating with the broader XDS team to align with brand strategy and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relationship-based sales experience, preferably selling to small and midsize businesses
• Willingness to travel up to four days per week in the field
• Strong territory planning, organization, CRM, and follow-up skills
• Interest in cycling, sporting goods, or performance products; bike industry a plus
• Fluent in English and local languages

Responsabilités

• Build X-LAB’s presence across your territory by visiting independent bicycle dealers
• Prospect for and open new dealer accounts through outreach and in-person meetings
• Manage the sales process from initial contact to account setup and first order
• Develop productive relationships with new and existing dealers
