Job summary

Agiliti, a nationwide medical equipment management provider, is seeking a Senior Territory Manager to support field and maintenance teams, delivering quality services to existing clients and introducing Agiliti solutions to new customers within a defined local region.

You will manage and mentor Service Representatives and Territory Managers, monitor performance KPIs, coordinate equipment pickups and deliveries, and build relationships with mid-level management to grow contracts for healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to travel a minimum of 50% to support business needs.
• Experience in hospital sterile processing or OR environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor Service Representatives and Territory Managers in their designated region.
• Monitor key performance indicators for the team.
• Coordinate pickup and delivery of equipment as needed.
• Deliver educational content on medical devices to clients.
• Collaborate with leadership to introduce new Agiliti services to clients.
• Lead onboarding of new clients and develop relationships at mid-level management.
• Prepare and review analyses, surveys, and reports for clients.
• Understand contract provisions and decision processes for maintenance services.
• Ensure compliance with customer, quality, and EH&S requirements.
• Coordinate cross-team efforts to improve service quality.
