Job summary

Merck is seeking a Senior Territory Representative to lead sales and market development across assigned territory in the United States. You will develop business plans, build relationships with veterinarians, producers, and distributors, and drive growth through active customer engagement and education.

The role requires frequent travel and the ability to manage a large geographic area while delivering sustainable, profitable growth in Merck Animal Health products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Animal Science, Agriculture, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Five years of relevant sales/territory management experience with bachelor's degree; or ten years without bachelor’s.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory business plans to drive sales and market share.
• Build relationships with veterinarians, producers, and distributors to strengthen presence.
• Identify opportunities, market dynamics, and threats and craft growth strategies.
• Travel extensively across the territory to engage customers and drive growth.
