Job summary

TouchDown Pest Control in California is seeking an experienced Branch 3 Field Representative to grow our termite division. This role focuses on residential and commercial termite and WDO inspections, with many appointments generated through referrals and real estate relationships.

You will inspect, report, diagram, and estimate findings, present treatment options, and work independently from day one. A California Branch 3 license and at least two years of termite inspection experience are

Qualifications

• Current California Branch 3 Field Representative license.
• Minimum 2 years of professional termite inspection experience.
• Ability to independently complete inspections, reports, diagrams, estimates and treatment recommendations.
• Strong knowledge of drywood and subterranean termites, WDO conditions and repair options.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform termite and WDO inspections and prepare California-compliant reports, diagrams, estimates.
• Identify termite activity, damage, conducive conditions, and treatment or repair options.
• Explain findings and proposed work to homeowners, referral partners, real estate professionals, and commercial clients.
• Present and sell termite treatments and repairs while managing field inspection schedule.
