Job summary

Kilter Termite and Pest Control is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead all aspects of a termite/pest control operation in California. This hands-on role requires driving branch performance, safety, and customer satisfaction while managing a team and coordinating sales efforts.

The ideal candidate brings senior-level pest control experience and a track record of managing branch operations, resources, and budget considerations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Licensed Branch 2 Field Rep.
• Knowledge of cost control and revenue opportunities
• Solid understanding of general business management for day-to-day operations
• 5+ years of industry experience
• A valid California driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead all areas of the branch, including termite, rodent, pest control, insulation, wood, customer service, warranty and sales.
• Manage staff and foster a positive environment.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and safe, profitable branch operations.
• Implement strategies that increase productivity, customer care and sales.
