Qualifications

• 20+ years of progressive experience in major aviation or transportation infrastructure projects.
• Direct experience managing projects valued at over $250 million.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; Master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design and construction activities to keep projects on time and on budget.
• Manage risks and interfaces among projects, contractors, and third parties.
• Lead project lifecycle execution from planning through commissioning and turnover.
