Job summary

DTS is seeking a Data Warehouse Architect (Teradata) for a direct client position in Lansing, MI. The role functions as a senior IT analyst responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing automated data warehouse applications on Michigan's Teradata Data Warehouse platform.

The candidate will coordinate activities with multiple data warehouse teams on complex projects, review policies, and work with developers to implement effective data and reporting solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical study.
• 6+ years creating data warehouse BI applications including ETL/data mart development, reporting, dashboards and other information analysis and delivery system.
• 2+ years in Child Welfare Services, Juvenile Justice, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance automated data warehouse applications on the State of Michigan’s Teradata Data Warehouse platform.
• Coordinate team activities with other data warehouse teams on complex, multi-team projects.
• Review and modify data warehouse policies or propose new policies or practices.
