Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in application support or equivalent.
• JavaScript experience highly preferred.
• XSLT experience highly preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of MS Windows platform.
• Insurance or healthcare industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain complex system templates, forms, and workflows.
• Build and update document templates with field bookmarks and light scripting.
• Oversee data maps using XSLT/XML for data exchange with third parties.
• Develop scripts (e.g., JavaScript) to compute dynamic values and automate workflows.
• Provide SME guidance to internal stakeholders on template functionality and updates.
• Create end-user documentation and maintain system change documentation.
• Maintain compliance standards.
• Provide training and technical support for projects.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
