Position Overview

The Senior Financial Center Associate manages the operations of the financial center staff, ensuring high-quality service while adhering to corporate, regulatory, and audit guidelines. This role involves supervising staff, setting and achieving goals, and assisting customers with account openings.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Conduct accurate financial transactions and operate cash drawers within bank guidelines.
  • Provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone.
  • Maintain appropriate cash levels and participate in sales and service programs.
  • Ensure all operational duties, including ATM settlement and vault transactions, are completed efficiently.
  • Manage security controls and ensure compliance with all policies and regulations.
  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining accurate records of over/short cash balances.
Education & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred. Minimum of two years of related experience is preferred. Flexibility to work varying schedules is necessary. Notary experience is a plus or ability to obtain one.

Strong reading, writing, and mathematical skills; moderate computer proficiency; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; supervisory abilities; physical capability to perform job duties; valid driver’s license required.
