Centennial-Bank is seeking a Senior Teller in Texas to perform cash transactions quickly and accurately while promoting bank products and services. You will balance teller stations, handle deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, and assist customers in person or by phone.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to four years high school or GED with emphasis in office skills.
• 19-23 months related experience and/or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to effectively communicate information to customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Receives, pays out cash, and handles negotiable items.
• Sets up, closes and balances teller station.
• Records sales of monetary instruments.
• Cross sells bank products and services.
• Balances vault, ATM, Night Drop, Coin Machine as assigned.
• Assists customers with inquiries in person or by phone.
• Follows bank policies and procedures.
• Lift coin bags up to 50 lbs.
• Scans bank documents and proof work.
• Exercise sound judgement with holds and check cashing decisions.
• Assist other tellers within authority limits.
• Cross train to open standard consumer accounts.
• Adheres to work schedule and flexibility in availability.
• May work at alternative location within the region or market.
• Complete required BSA/AML training and other compliance training.
