Happy State Bank in Naples, FL is seeking a Senior Teller who can process transactions quickly and accurately while maintaining service quality and safeguarding bank assets.
You will assist customers, balance teller equipment, and cross-sell products, with flexible scheduling and potential location shifts within the region.
This role requires a High School diploma or GED and about 2 years of related experience; strong communication and math skills are essential.
The Senior Teller conducts transactions quickly, accurately, and efficiently while meeting or exceeding service quality standards. This position safeguards bank assets assigned to them. The Senior Teller contributes to the growth of the bank by promoting and cross-selling bank products and services.

Mental alertness and adaptability to office and field area work routines. Equivalent to four years high school or GED, with particular emphasis during high school in office skills, shop skills, or others, plus 19 to 23 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions in person-to-person and small group situations with customers, clients, general public and other employees of the organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide numbers. Ability to perform these mathematical skills using money and other forms of measurement.
Ability to use common sense understanding in order to carry out detailed written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few known variables in situations of a routine nature.
