Job summary

Gaston Electrical is seeking a Senior Project Manager to plan, direct, coordinate and budget construction projects for Telecommunications, Security, AV and Wireless Installations. You will oversee multi-trade coordination, work with BIM, Safety, and Field Operations to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 10+ years of low voltage project management experience, strong communication, and knowledge of structured cabling systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years low voltage project management experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers – verbal and written.
• Knowledge of Telecommunications Structured Cabling Systems and vendors in market, including Security, AV and Wireless technologies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
• Engage regularly with customers and respond with urgency to build trust.
• Establish project schedule and ensure manpower is appropriately assigned to projects.
• Create cost code allocations from initial estimate and participate in estimating hand-off meetings.
• Price and negotiate project change orders and manage vendors and deliveries.
