Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in Network/Systems Infrastructure.
• Minimum 4 years in infrastructure analysis, site build, and M&A assessments.
• Experience gathering and evaluating infrastructure requirements.
• Strong ability to translate technical details into actionable SOWs.
• Strong understanding of construction phases and analyzing drawings.
• Experience with vendor-agnostic network technologies and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the bridge between Facilities and external low-voltage vendors for IT consultations.
• Conduct site visits to assess power, cooling, cabling, network capacity and security; travel required.
• Develop technical site plans with third-party architects and engineering teams.
• Ensure compliance with corporate IT standards and security policies.
• Capture infrastructure requirements and conduct detailed evaluations.
• Translate technical details into actionable SOWs for projects.
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Provide decisive guidance and push back to align projects.
• Manage scope, schedule and cost changes with verification techniques.
