Job summary

Granite is seeking an experienced Telecommunications Project Manager to oversee structured cabling projects, including CAT5e, CAT6, and fiber optics. You will work with remote installation teams, coordinate with customers and partners, and manage project budgets while ensuring high-quality delivery.

The role requires a 4-year degree or military experience, or 5 years of telecom project management, familiarity with Adobe Acrobat, and flexibility for after-hours work and travel.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree or military experience, or 5 years’ telecom project management.
• Experience with structured cabling (cat5e/6) and fiber optics.
• Familiar with Adobe Acrobat.
• M-F availability with after-hours flexibility.
• Willing to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate structured cabling projects from initiation to closeout.
• Communicate with customers and partners to ensure alignment.
• Manage project budgets and financials for projects.
• Handle purchase orders and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate Granite subcontractors and field teams.
• Lead kickoff and close-out calls with customers; travel may be required.
