MPI is seeking a Senior Technology Specialist based in Stamford to support and enhance technology solutions within the financial services industry, delivering innovative technology solutions and ensuring optimal system performance.

You will work with cross‑functional teams to implement solutions, resolve issues, maintain reliability, and ensure compliance with industry standards while documenting configurations for future reference and staying current with emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• 5-12 years of L2/L3 IT support experience in a financial services firm.
• Experience in Azure environment.
• Experience supporting SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with IaC tooling.
• Experience leveraging any AI platform.
