Job summary

Fidelity Investments is seeking a Principal Technology Risk Analyst to strengthen enterprise technology risk management. You will lead large, cross-functional risk assessments, advise senior leaders, and drive improvements in controls testing, reporting, and remediation across complex environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, technology, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 8+ years in technology risk, IT, cybersecurity, cloud, analytics, audit, or related risk roles.
• Experience leading complex control assessments and evaluating control maturity across diverse technology environments.
• Familiarity with NIST, COBIT, AICPA Trust Services Criteria, ISO 27001, HITRUST, or similar frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead highly complex technology risk and controls assessments supporting audit, regulatory, certification, and enterprise risk management objectives.
• Evaluate control design and operating effectiveness across cloud, distributed, and vendor-hosted environments while identifying emerging risks and systemic control concerns.
• Partner with senior leaders across technology, risk, compliance, and audit to influence risk decisions and drive remediation of significant control gaps.
• Apply advanced risk expertise, analytical thinking, and professional judgment to resolve complex technology risk and control challenges.
• Drive enhancements to testing methodologies, risk assessment practices, automation capabilities, and reporting processes.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and strategic direction across workstreams while contributing to team capabilities and risk management practices.
