Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead major technology projects, including estimating, design, scheduling, and financial oversight. The role oversees a PM team and coordinates with owners, subcontractors, engineers and architects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will also drive business development, manage contracts, and uphold safety standards while traveling to project sites as needed. A strong background in electrical and low-voltage systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in electrical, project management, construction management, or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of project management experience.
• Experience with estimating systems; proficiency with Accubid and related BIM tools.
• Strong business analysis, budgeting, scheduling, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of NEC, safety standards, and construction documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead one large or multiple technology projects from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling and contracts.
• Direct all phases of projects, ensure quality, safety, and client satisfaction across teams and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with purchasing to procure materials and manage change orders and cost codes.
• Mentor project staff, drive business development, and maintain project documentation and approvals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
