Job summary

Akraya is seeking a Technology Program Manager to lead complex enterprise technology initiatives within the Digital and Innovation Office. The role will coordinate 2–3 cross-functional teams—covering architecture, engineering, AI, digital product, and business stakeholders—and focus on Finance tech with Oracle experience preferred.

The ideal candidate blends technical fluency with program leadership and can translate business objectives into executable delivery plans across enterprise platforms.

Qualifications

• Weeks 8+ years delivering large-scale technology programs across multiple teams.
• Experience orchestrating complex programs with architecture, engineering, integrations, and platforms.
• Strong understanding of APIs, distributed systems, cloud platforms, and architecture concepts.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments across multiple teams; SAFe experience preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and orchestrate delivery across 2–3 Agile technology teams with stakeholders.
• Manage end-to-end program execution including scope, schedule, risks, and vendors.
• Identify cross-platform dependencies, integrations, and delivery blockers.
• Facilitate SAFe/Agile ceremonies and report on metrics and backlog health.
• Translate business strategy into technical execution plans and governance.
