Job summary
Jobot is seeking a senior Wealth Management Partner Success Manager in Florida to own strategic technology relationships with independent wealth firms. You will guide executives, drive platform adoption, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives that connect technology investments to business outcomes.
You will lead business reviews, mentor teammates, and collaborate with product and engineering to shape roadmap priorities while traveling to partner offices as needed.
Qualifications
- 7–10+ years of experience in fintech, wealth management, or financial services.
- Background in relationship management, client success, product management, or technology consulting.
- Experience leading business reviews with senior executives and managing high-value relationships.
Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with firm leaders and align growth objectives.
- Lead quarterly and executive business reviews with ROI and roadmaps.
- Drive adoption across CRM, performance reporting, financial planning, and proprietary platforms.
- Coordinate training, implementation support, and platform configuration.
- Provide partner insights to product and engineering teams to inform priorities.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues and deliver coordinated solutions.
- Mentor junior Partner Success Managers.
