Truist is seeking a capable technology operations specialist to maintain stable production environments across platforms, infrastructure, and networks. You will administer hardware, software, databases, and end-user technology, following established procedures and leading lower-level teammates in daily tasks.

Supports and coordinates day to day technology operations to ensure stable and efficient performance across assigned platforms, infrastructure, systems, and networks. Delivers reliable administration and support of hardware, software, databases, and end user technology, highlighting issues and trends to senior teammates and providing assistance and training to lower level support teammates to enable seamless service delivery and operational continuity.
All regular teammates (not temporary or contingent workers) working 20 hours or more per week are eligible for benefits, though eligibility for specific benefits may be determined by the division of Truist offering the position.
