The Senior Technology Leadership Professional role within LRC&GA offers unique exposure to the business processes and strategic initiatives that support our Corporate Legal, Corporate Compliance, and Government Affairs teams. By supporting these critical corporate systems, the incumbent will gain valuable business insights rarely encountered in most IT positions, making this an excellent opportunity to develop both advanced business acumen and technical expertise.

This position is responsible for maintaining and configuring software solutions that address a wide range of technical and business requirements for our partner teams. The Senior Technology Leadership Professional will develop a deep understanding of our most utilized platforms and play an integral role in daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and the design of future solutions. Additionally, this individual will be expected to comprehend our broader technology ecosystem and efficiently mobilize solutions and resources for specialized applications as needs arise. Success in this role requires the ability to quickly assess business challenges with limited information, ask insightful questions, and identify effective paths to resolution, often in collaboration with senior business leaders.

The Senior Technology Leadership Professional collaborates with experts in application, solutions, and enterprise architecture, as well as developers and business partners, forging connections across Humana to resolve issues, drive innovation, and foster collaboration. The role involves thorough analysis and research of problem statements, followed by the implementation of well-considered solutions that build context, consensus, and a sense of shared purpose. Frequently, the ability to quickly and effectively influence stakeholders—sometimes with whom there is limited familiarity—is essential to achieving positive outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 5+ years technical design/troubleshooting

  • Experience with maintenance of internally hosted technology as well as SaaS vendor management and configuration

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across varying levels of personnel

  • Experience with unit testing and mocking

  • Applied experience implementing and troubleshooting SaaS applications specifically for Corporate Systems

  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP Certified

  • Six Sigma Certified

  • MBA or other Advanced Degree

  • Demonstrated ability running large scale projects

  • Experience with technology solutions assessments and/or strategy planning oversight

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$106,900 - $147,000 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
