Alaska Airlines is seeking a Technology Compliance Program Manager for Vulnerability Management. The role reports to security leadership and defines the long-term strategy for identifying, assessing, prioritizing, and remediating security vulnerabilities across our technology environment.

Qualifications

• 7 years IT security and compliance experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience in IT project management, including scope, schedule, budgeting, risk, quality, integration, staffing, communications.
• Knowledge of security regulations (PCI DSS, HIPAA) and standards (ISO 27001, NIST).
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead vulnerability management program, ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Define long-term strategy and roadmap for enterprise vulnerability management.
• Influence across departments to assess IT controls and security policy compliance.
• Manage and optimize vulnerability tools (Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7).
• Coordinate with divisions and IT to implement objectives and standards.
• Serve as primary contact between testers and stakeholders with clear scope and engagement rules.
• Define and track KPIs to measure program effectiveness.
• Analyze findings and prioritize remediation with teams.
• Deliver reports to leadership and integrate findings into lifecycle.
• Oversee regular vulnerability scanning across infra, apps, and cloud.
• Coordinate internal and third-party penetration tests.
• Maintain audit documentation and evidence.
