About the Team :
As part of the Quantum Treasury Management Professional Services team, you will work with clients to modernize their treasury, providing greater visibility over cash flows, balances, and exposures.
What you will be doing :
GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
This is a virtual position requiring travel.
Works individually or within a team on technology business consulting projects to meet specific client requirements.
Serves as liaison between end-users and consultants during consulting projects.
Researches and documents client needs, technology or regulations related to system design, enhancement, and acquiring hardware or software that will impact multiple platforms and/or applications.
Defines product scope, objectives, and requirements. Creates detailed specifications for product development and testing.
Analyzes marketplace, industry, company, technology trends, vendor products and services, etc. Also analyzes system impacts to other systems and procedures.
Devises and/or modifies processes and procedures to achieve greater efficiencies and solve complex technical problems related to computer equipment capacity, operating time, and desired results.
Assesses available technologies and recommends solutions to the consulting team.
Writes test plans and test cases to ensure enhancements meet client needs and application integrity is maintained.
Conducts various tests such as unit, system, integration, readiness, and acceptance tests using client data to ensure client needs are met.
Influences clients, business partners, and service providers regarding priorities, hardware/software, and vendor selection.
Consults directly with clients and may travel to client sites.
Acts as team leader for technical aspects of consulting projects, leading sub-plans or small projects. May mentor, guide, and review work of less experienced analysts and consultants.
May play a key role in training client and technical support personnel on system enhancements, new systems, or procedures.
May serve as pre-sales support specialist when needed.

What you bring :
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
5+ years of experience in the treasury industry.
Knowledge of Quantum Treasury Management Solution or similar implementations.
Software implementation experience.
Deep knowledge of FIS products/services and financial industry.
Advanced understanding of software development life cycles, methodologies, and conversion processes.
Proficiency in application architecture, SQL query/view writing, and at least one programming language.
Excellent customer service and communication skills for diverse audiences.
Strong analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to influence others and estimate work effort for projects.
Resourceful, proactive, and able to gather information and share ideas effectively.
Preferred Qualifications :
5+ years of treasury management consulting experience.
Experience in requirements gathering.
Willingness to travel as required.

Senior professional role, capable of developing complex solutions, leading projects, and mentoring others. Typically requires over 3 years of senior-level experience and demonstrated technical expertise.
Compensation range: $105,000 - $176,000, based on role, location, skills, and experience.
