Job summary

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or equivalent with 10 years related experience or an Associate's Degree with 8 years related experience.
• Experience in manufacturing and/or medical device environments is required.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and GDP knowledge are essential.
• Ability to work independently, manage projects, and develop instructions leading to competency of other technicians.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical manufacturing support to Operations and Engineering.
• Design, set up and execute complex feasibility studies and tests for equipment validation.
• Lead projects related to new equipment validation and investigations.
• Troubleshoot and optimize PLC, HMI, and automated control systems to improve reliability.
• Prepare validation documentation, EWOs, ENCRs, and transfer information to ECRs, SOPs, drawings, and tooling.
