Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking a Senior Technician for the TQR team to collect, analyze, and verify data from reliability tools ensuring product quality and reliability.

The role includes overseeing tool preventive maintenance, minor repairs, and working outside clean room with occasional access. You will handle 300mm FOSBs and 25 wafers, run evaluations with proprietary software, and summarize results in Excel/PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or related technical certification.
• 7+ years of experience in high-volume semiconductor manufacturing.

Responsabilités

• Operate wafer-level DC test tools and package-level electromigration test tools for reliability evaluations.
• Develop PM procedures and arrange PM/Repairs with vendors.
• Work outside a clean room but occasional access for pickup/drop of WFs.
• Move 300mm FOSBs with 25 wafers, run evaluations with proprietary software, summarize data in Excel/PowerPoint.
• Maintain strong attention to detail and accountability for errors.
