As a Senior Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician at our local retail store, your role will support and oversee repairs within the Walmart facilities Refrigeration and HVAC equipment team, utilizing your commercial HVAC and Refrigeration skills, hand tools, digital tools, power tools, and other equipment to complete jobs.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 10 years’ experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance
• Large Scale Rack Refrigeration Experience
• Type I/Type II or Universal Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Certification for Refrigerant handling
• Valid state-issued driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report
• 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent

Job Duties:

• Maintain and repair Walmart facility's Refrigeration and HVAC equipment and assets using appropriate skills and tools.
• Utilize the work order management system to receive and document repair activities.
• Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect, operate, or test facilities, equipment, or fixtures to diagnose issues.
• Complete all required training to operate equipment and tools safely.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations by following Walmart's safety policies and environmental guidelines.
• Lift up to 75 pounds, work at heights, and move ladders as needed.

Compensation & Benefits:

Compensation packages are based on experience, skills, and qualifications, including potential bonuses. The hourly wage range is $26.00-$51.00, with additional premiums depending on specific circumstances.
