Qualifications

• One-year certificate or Associate degree from a community college or technical school.
• Minimum five+ years of CAT dealer experience.
• Ten+ years of heavy equipment industry experience or equivalent education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs with limited or no departmental supervision with higher level of responsibility for repair.
• Mentor and train technicians within the service department.
• Own difficult customer issues while maintaining integrity with Quinn Company and Caterpillar.
• Interact professionally with customers and reassure them of positive outcomes with Caterpillar and Quinn Company.
• Maintain tooling and equipment for the service department.
• Disassemble and reassemble machines/components and recondition/repair as required.
• Work overtime as required by workload and customer needs.
