Preferred Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or related trade.
• Eligible for a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Experience in any of the following: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, material handling equipment, food equipment.
• Customer‑service orientation, clear communication, personal accountability, time‑management, judgment in prioritizing tasks, and a team‑oriented servant leadership mindset.

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly wage range: $21.00 – $40.00. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid. Premiums may vary from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
