Oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance of HVAC/R systems, including refrigeration units and building pneumatics. Lead diagnostics and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues to ensure optimal system performance. Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend equipment life. Manage refrigerant handling, inventory, and vendor relationships in compliance with environmental and safety regulations. Coordinate and mentor field teams, providing hands‑on training and evaluating skill development. Participate in on‑call rotations to support critical business needs outside regular hours. Maintain company vehicles and ensure adherence to safety and operational policies.

The hourly wage range for this position is $35.00 - $70.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
