Microchip Technology Inc. is seeking a Senior Engineering Technician to support design, test, and qualification of RF and oscillator products within the Frequency and Timing Systems group.
Based in Central Pennsylvania (1st shift 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM), you will build prototypes, troubleshoot issues, and assist with NPI and production activities in a regulated environment. U.S. Person status is required due to ITAR.

The Senior Engineering Technician supports the design, development, test, and qualification of advanced RF and electronic oscillator products within the Frequency and Timing Systems group. This role works closely with design engineering to build and evaluate prototypes, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and support new product introduction (NPI) and ongoing production activities in a regulated, high-reliability environment.
This position is located in Central Pennsylvania and supports a 1st shift schedule (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) Monday to Friday. This role requires U.S. Person status due to ITAR compliance.
