Commercial Truck & Mobile Repair is a full‑service fleet maintenance management company, part of the Berger Transfer & Storage, Inc family of companies. We provide relocation, distribution and warehousing services and serve a wide range of customers in the Twin Cities area for over 100 years.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and inspections on a variety of Class 6‑8 trucks, including brakes, tires, wiring, etc.
• Perform basic and routine preventive maintenance on vehicles, along with DOT inspections.
• Repair or replace vehicle components.
• Open and close repair orders on company‑issued iPad.
• Obtain parts from local vendors and manage inventory on the service truck.
• Accurately complete DOT forms and other documentation in a timely fashion.
• Maintain a high level of productivity and meet or exceed most SRT times.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (required).
• Minimum of 3 years of diesel technician experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• CDL‑A preferred but not required.
• Ability to use iPad and associated apps.
• Must provide own hand tools adequate to perform job functions.
• Proficient computer and software navigation skills to document repairs and use email.
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
