Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI access and Counter-Intelligence Polygraph.
• Strong work ethic with ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment; multitasking and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Agile Methodology and Scrum framework with solid understanding of principles.
• Working knowledge of military documentation standards and specifications.
• Excellent written and communication skills to develop concise reports, plans, and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Define documentation requirements, schedules, and risk guidelines with leadership.
• Create, rewrite, and edit technical documents to reflect specifications.
• Gather engineering data from Jira tickets, developers, blueprints, specs, and illustrations.
• Validate system capabilities in the lab and ensure docs reflect performance.
• Support Agile development: attend Scrum events and manage documentation tasks in sprints.
• Coordinate training content with program timelines and revisions.
