Qualifications

• 5+ years writing or editing in a regulated environment focusing on SOPs.
• Bachelor's degree in communications, professional writing, English, or related field.
• Strong writing and grammar, ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
• Ability to understand and create flow charts.
• Experience with document control and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and maintain internal process documentation per template.
• Provide ongoing writing support to cross-functional teams during template adoption.
• Develop and maintain process documentation flow charts.
• Collaborate with SMEs to learn internal processes for documentation.
• Ensure GDP and quality guideline compliance.
• Understand document control steps and upload files accordingly.
• Lead projects as senior writer and mentor other writers.
• Stay updated on regulatory requirements and share insights with the team.
• Adhere to policies, style guides, and quality standards.
