Responsibilities

• Prepare procedures, program description documents, program requirement documents, plans, policies, and guides.
• Edit, standardize and update material prepared by other writers or establishment personnel.
• Confer with Functional Area Managers and Subject Matter Experts to establish subject matter to be developed by publication.
• Recommend revisions or changes in scope, format, content and methods of reproduction and binding.
• Study drawings, specifications, mockups and product samples to integrate and define procedures, sequence and detail.
