Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technical communication, English, computer science, journalism or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional technical writing experience, particularly within specialized software, medical or regulated environments.
• 5+ years' experience supporting regulated medical device software and/or hardware development.
• Experience creating documentation for complex software systems, embedded software, firmware and hardware products.
• Demonstrated ability to ensure technical accuracy in documentation and end-user content.

Responsibilities

• Content strategy: Contribute to the definition of the architecture and structure of end-user documentation supporting the Cardiac Diagnostics product portfolio.
• Complex writing: Synthesize complex technical, software and product information into clear, end-user content.
• Cross-functional leadership: Partner with product managers, engineers, designers and SMEs throughout the product lifecycle.
• Tools and process management: Promote best practices for structured authoring, content reuse, metadata management and version control.
• Regulatory and quality rigor and compliance: Ensure processes and deliverables adhere to regulatory and quality guidelines.
