Job summary

Contact Government Services, LLC is seeking a Senior Technical Writer to draft and maintain technical documentation across IT projects. You will work with project stakeholders to define processes and ensure documentation aligns with the SDLC.

Candidates should have extensive experience in technical and user documentation, strong writing skills, and proficiency with MS Office and Visio. Security screening may be required. This is a full-time, on-site role in Boston, MA.

Qualifications

• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• 5+ years experience developing technical documentation.
• 3+ years experience developing user documentation.
• Fluency with industry standard technical reporting and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to work independently or in a group.
• Experience with MS Office Suite including Visio.
• Willingness to pass background/security screening.

Responsibilities

• Draft and develop technical documentation for various IT projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish technical processes.
• Document projects through the SDLC.
• Provide status reports for ongoing projects and docs.
• Assist with user and admin level documentation.
